Were Your Glass Straws Damaged During Shipping?

We do our best to ensure that all straw orders are packed and shipped properly, and we have a very low damage rate. If there is an issue with damage or loss of your straws in the process of shipping and handling prior to reaching you, we will replace any missing or damaged items.

Please DO NOT send your damaged straws back to us!

Instead, please take a photo of your shipping box, interior box, and any damaged straws.

Send the photos to us at support@tomastraws.com as soon as possible so that we can be sure to replace your damaged items right away.
